Wednesday, May 31, 1978: Synthesizers
Today I went to school. After school Dad drove me home. Dad and I went to this store (The Keyboard Store on Yonge Street) where they sell synthesizers. I got some information. Mom, Dad, Anne and Bruce went to a meeting. They got back at 11:00 pm.
Tuesday, May 30, 1978: Pencil Case
I went to school today. I took the pencil case Valerie Wicks made me when I lived in Halifax. Everyone laughed at it. But when Jennifer Wells said she liked it the guys stopped laughing. After school Dad drove me home. Ron and Maralyn left for Nova Scotia today.
Monday, May 29, 1978: Hating School
I went to school today. I hate this school. I get no respect. I walked home.
Sunday, May 28, 1978: Super 8
I went to Church today. Rick wasn't there. After Church Aunt Audrey and Uncle Ken came over. Maralyn showed me their new movie camera. After supper I didn't go to Church. After Church Dad brought home some pizza.
Saturday, May 27, 1978: Maralyn & Ron Arrive
I got up today at 11:00 am. I watched TV. I had pizza for supper. Maralyn and Ron arrived today from B.C. Maralyn and I played "Mastermind".
Friday, May 26, 1978: London Ontario
I didn't have to go to school. We went to London Ontario. On the way we stopped at a shopping mall.
Thursday, May 25, 1978: Maralyn & Ron Coming
I went to school today. Ron and Maralyn are coming to visit on Saturday.
Wednesday, May 24, 1978: 17 Days Left
I went to school today. 17 more days until school is out. Mom and Dad went out. So did Anne and Bruce so I spent the whole evening alone.
Tuesday, May 23, 1978: No Sleep
I didn't get much sleep last night so Mom didn't wake me up. I didn't do much today.
Monday, May 22, 1978: Victoria Day
I didn't have to go to school today because it is Victoria Day. I slepted until noon. Maria-Christine, the woman next door came over. We set off the fireworks tonight. She seemed to enjoy it.
Sunday, May 21, 1978: Pilgram's Progress
I got up and went to Church today. Rick was there. After Church Mom and Dad went out for supper. Anne and Bruce went to Brian's. I went to Church tonight. They showed the movie "Pilgram's Progress". At first there were problems with the projector but it got it fixed.
Saturday, May 20, 1978: Dad gets Fireworks
I got up at 10:00 am today. Dad brought home some fireworks for Monday. Anne and I walked the dogs.
Friday, May 19, 1978: Bearcats
I went to school today. I brought my tape recorder with me and made a tape to send to Jon. Yesterday Mr. Dawson got fired because he was swearing at the class.
It was 25 degrees C out today. After school I walked home. I had pizza for supper. After supper we went shopping. I walked the dogs with Anne and Bruce. After we got back I watched the end of "The Bearcats".
Thursday, May 18, 1978: X-Wing
I went to school today as usual. After school Dad drove me home. After supper Dad and I went shopping. I bought a model X-Wing fighter.
Wednesday, May 17, 1978: Do Not Enter
I got up and went to school today as usual. After school Dad drove me home. I had pizza for supper. Bruce and Anne are always borrowing my stuff and not bringing it back so I put a sign on my door saying "Do Not Enter With Out My Permission".
Tuesday, May 16, 1978: 63 %
I went to school today. I got 63% on my math test. I wish I went to an A.C.E. school like in Halifax. On the way home I stopped at the Sheppard Center adn got my photos I took a few weeks ago.
Mom and Dad weren't home when I got home after school; only Anne was. Later Anne and Bruce washed Dad's car. Mom and Dad got home at 9:00 pm. They'd gone to someone's house for supper.
Monday, May 15, 1978: Supposedly
I went to school today. There is a girl who supposedly likes me. I walked home. I walked the dogs with Anne after supper.
Sunday, May 14, 1978: The Shadow
I went to Church this morning. After Katie and her kids came over. I went to Church tonight. After we went to Peller's. Rick came as well. When I got home I listened to "The Shadow" on the Radio.
Saturday, May 13, 1978: To Marla's
I got up today at 11:00 am. After lunch we went to Marla's. Marla, Valerie and I drew and made a tape. We got home at 9:00 pm. We watched "Fantasy Island" on TV.
Friday, May 12, 1978: Roland Chorus Echo
I went to school today. Bruce brought home a Roland Chorus Echo.
Wednesday, May 10, 1978: Kill Dozer
I felt sick today so I didn't go to school. I slept until 3:00 PM. Mom went shopping. I watched a movie on TV called "Kill Dozer".
Tuesday, May 9, 1978: Hobby Shop
I went to school. After school Dad drove me to the Hobby Shop. My cop car model is completely finished. After supper I listened to tapes.
Monday, May 8, 1978: Finised Model
I went to school today. After school Dad drove me home. I finished my model police car but I have to touch it up a bit.
Sunday, May 7, 1978: Sunday Visits
I went to Church today. Jim Goldsworthy came over after. I went to Church tonight. Rick brought his cousin to Church. Afterwards we went to the Golden Griddle but we had to go somewhere else because it was closed. We went to Pellers'. Gary Miller came up from Halifax to visited.
Saturday, May 6, 1978: Shopping for Gym
I got up at 10:55 A.M. today. I had to get some gym clothes. I hate gym class. I bought an excellent model of a police car.
Friday, May 5, 1978: Ron Visits
I went to school today. Afterwards Mom and Dad went some where. Ron Gagnon came over for a while.
Thursday, May 4, 1978: To Brian's
I went to school today. Nothing much happened. After supper Bruce, Anne and I went to Brian's.
Wednesday, May 3, 1978: Skateboards
I went to school today. I noticed Jennifer glancing at me. This could mean like or dislike. After school Karl, Boden, and I went to the shop to work on our skateboards. After supper I watched Doctor Who on TV.
